Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day workshop operations.
Lead and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely vehicle delivery.
Achieve workshop revenue, labour, and spare parts targets.
Monitor productivity, workshop efficiency, and quality standards.
Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
Maintain Royal Enfield service processes, SOPs, and audit compliance.
Plan manpower, technician training, and workshop discipline.
Monitor warranty claims, job card quality, and service KPIs.
Coordinate with the dealership management for continuous business growth.
Eligibility
Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering preferred.
3–7 years of experience in automobile service operations.
Prior experience in a two-wheeler dealership will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
Good knowledge of workshop operations, service KPIs, and DMS.
