Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for smart, confident, energetic, and customer-focused FEMALE professionals to join our Electric Vehicle (EV) showroom team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to engage customers, manage showroom operations, and contribute to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and visitors.
- Handle customer inquiries, phone calls, and appointments professionally.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and financing options.
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate test rides.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to maximize conversions.
- Maintain customer records, inquiry logs, and showroom reports.
- Coordinate with customers regarding documentation, booking, and vehicle delivery.
- Ensure a positive customer experience from inquiry to purchase.
- Support showroom promotions, events, and marketing activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception/showroom environment.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi communication skills.
- Smart, presentable, and professional personality.
- Confident in interacting with customers and handling sales conversations.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in reception, customer service, retail sales, automobile sales, telecom, real estate, or related fields will be preferred.
