Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling or following up on leads.
  • Sales Pitch: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Customer Relationship: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Need Analysis: Understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Database Management: Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information in the CRM.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Requirements & QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent; a university degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and local regional languages.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.

  • Skills: * Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
