Store In-charge

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store In-Charge to manage inventory, material receipts, issues, and stock records for our construction projects in Ranchi. The candidate should have hands-on experience in store operations, inventory management, and material handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
• Verify materials received against purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Ensure timely material issuance to site departments as per approved indents.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain proper documentation of GRN, material issue slips, stock transfers, and returns.
• Ensure safe storage and proper housekeeping of the store.
• Coordinate with project, purchase, and accounts departments.
• Operate ERP/Inventory Management Software for stock transactions.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store In-Charge or Store Executive.
• Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or building materials is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and documentation.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP, Inventory Software).
