Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company software.
• Call and follow up on provided leads.
• Explain software features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide basic product demonstrations over call (if required).
• Convince customers and close sales.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in the system.
• Handle basic English conversations with customers when required.

Required Skills:

• Basic English speaking and understanding skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to understand software features and explain them simply.
• Basic computer and mobile handling skills.
