Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into customers through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain company services/products clearly
- Generate qualified leads and follow up regularly
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling / Sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Basic knowledge of CRM / calling tools
- Target-oriented mindset
Preferred:
Experience in sales / lead generation
- Fluent in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Local candidates from Ranchi preferred
