About the Role:

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Ranchi. The candidate will make customer calls, answer customer queries, handle complaints, and provide good customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to customers as required.
• Answer customer questions and resolve their issues.
• Handle customer complaints in a polite and professional manner.
• Provide correct information about products and services.
• Maintain records of customer calls and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints patiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
