Job Description
- Lead Management Call fresh and existing leads generated from Facebook, Instagram, Google, Website, WhatsApp, and referrals.
- Explain Velnesi's slimming, fat loss, skin, hair, and wellness services.
- Schedule appointments for consultations.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Appointment ManagementConfirm appointments one day and one hour before the visit.
- Reschedule missed appointments.
- Maintain daily appointment tracker.
- Customer RelationshipHandle customer inquiries professionally.
- Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Collect customer feedback and update management.
- Follow-Up ActivitiesFollow up with walk-in clients who have not enrolled.
- Contact inactive and old clients for reactivation offers.
- Promote ongoing offers, packages, and campaigns.
- Data ManagementMaintain accurate records in CRM/Excel software.
- Update lead status, follow-up remarks, and appointment details.
- Prepare daily calling reports.
- Sales SupportGenerate maximum consultation bookings.
- Support consultants in achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Assist in lead conversion activities.
