- ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Generate leads through calling and follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain daily calling data and customer records.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls/WhatsApp.
- Convert leads into sales or appointments.
- Share product/service details, pricing, offers, and benefits.
- Build good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead updates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Requirements Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
