Tender Executive (Solar Projects)

Job Type: Full-time

• Key ResponsibilitiesSearch and monitor government and private tenders related to solar projects.
• Prepare, fill, and submit online tenders through GEM, CPP Portal, JharTender, and other e-procurement portals.
• Visit government offices to collect tender documents, submit offline tenders, and coordinate with concerned departments.
• Prepare technical and financial bid documents, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect quotations, certificates, and compliance documents required for tender submission.
• Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, correspondence, and project status.
• Stay updated with government procurement rules and tender notifications.
• Assist in post-tender follow-ups, clarifications, and documentation.
• RequirementsB.Tech/B.E. graduate (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, or related disciplines preferred).
• Experience in government tendering and e-tender portals is preferred.
• Knowledge of GEM, CPP Portal, JharTender, or similar procurement platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PDF editing, and internet applications.
• Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and visit government offices for tender-related work.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
