Sap Operator - Logistics Supervisor Supply Operations

Objective:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Operator to join our Supply Operations team, focusing on warehouse and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will leverage SAP systems to optimize supply chain processes, ensure accurate inventory management, and support efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain SAP systems related to Order Management and supply chain management

2. Process and monitor purchase orders, GR, GI, and inventory movements in SAP

3. Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all related transactions

4. Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making in supply operations

5. Coordinate with C&F team, warehouse team, customers, and transportation partners for smooth operations

6. Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and provide first-level support to end-users

7. Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency

8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP updates and new features relevant to logistics

Requirements:

1. Any bachelor’s degree.

2. 2 to 4 years of work experience, preferably in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain role

3. Strong knowledge of SAP modules related to Order Management

4. Excellent understanding of Warehouse, Logistics and Order Management processes

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with additional supply chain management software

2. Knowledge of industry best practices in Logistics management and Warehouse management
