About the Role: 

We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Accountant to manage day to day accounting operations and support finance functions for Siddhivinayak Infrastructure. The role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, statutory compliance, vendor coordination, and timely financial reporting to support project and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts: record daily transactions, ledger posting, and bank reconciliations.

• Accounts payable and receivable: process vendor invoices, manage payments, and follow up on collections.

• Payroll support: assist in monthly payroll processing and statutory deductions.

• GST and statutory compliance: prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and assist with other statutory submissions.

• Month end closing: prepare month end schedules, reconciliations, and assist in P&L and balance sheet preparation.

• Expense and project accounting: verify project expenses, prepare vendor payments, and maintain supporting documentation.

• MIS and reporting: generate periodic financial reports and support management with budget vs actual analysis.

• Coordination: liaise with site teams, vendors, and external auditors as required.

Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; CA Inter / MBA Finance is a plus.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting roles; experience in construction/infrastructure preferred.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Busy, or ERP).

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, and basic statutory compliance.

• Attributes: High attention to detail, good communication, and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Prior exposure to project accounting, vendor management, and site coordination.

• Familiarity with ERP workflows and automated reconciliation tools.
