We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive / Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, explaining property details, and converting prospects into successful sales. The role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads
- Make outbound calls
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly
- Schedule office & site visits
- Maintain lead data and follow-up regularly
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
