Job Description
System mein naye projects, customer details, aur daily reports ki accurate entry karna.
Project lifecycle (registration se lekar final subsidy disbursal tak) ka data software mein update rakhna.
Inventory, materials, aur dispatch records ko Excel ya company management system mein daily maintain karna.
Important physical documents ko scan karke digital files mein properly organize aur store karna.
Data mein kisi bhi error ya mismatch ko check karna aur turant correct karna.
Typing Speed: Achi typing speed (kam se kam 30-40 WPM).
Software Knowledge: MS Office (khaas kar Excel aur Word) aur Google Sheets par achhi pakad. Custom management portals aur CRM operate karne ki basic samajh.
Accuracy: Kaam mein accuracy aur choti details par dhyaan (Attention to detail).
Communication: Basic communication skills taaki team (jaise technical ya development staff) ke saath data smoothly share ho sake.
