Job Description: Barista & Front-of-House Team MemberWe are looking for a multitasker who is as passionate about a perfect pour as they are about providing a welcoming atmosphere. This role isn't just about standing behind the machine; it’s about the full "cafe experience"—from the first greeting to the final clear of a table.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoffee Craftsmanship: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, and pour-overs, ensuring high quality and consistency in every cup.
• Table Service: Take orders directly at the table, deliver food and drinks promptly, and check in on guests to ensure a 5-star experience.
• Environment Upkeep: Maintain a spotless cafe. This includes clearing and sanitizing tables, sweeping floors, and ensuring the condiment station is stocked and tidy.
• Point of Sale: Handle cash and card transactions accurately while managing a busy queue.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the kitchen or back-bar to ensure orders are accurate and wait times are minimized.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant setting is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Speed & Accuracy: Ability to remain calm and efficient during the "morning rush."
• Customer First Mentality: A friendly, outgoing personality with a knack for remembering "the regulars."
• Physical Stamina: Comfort being on your feet for long shifts and performing repetitive tasks (like tamping espresso or clearing heavy trays).
