Key ResponsibilitiesCulinary Excellence

• Masterfully prepare authentic Indian, Chinese, Continental, and South Indian dishes.
• Design innovative menus combining traditional flavors with modern presentation.
• Ensure consistent taste, portion sizes, and visual appeal for all plates.

Kitchen Management

• Supervise, train, and mentor all kitchen staff and line cooks.
• Manage daily food inventory, ordering, and ingredient sourcing.
• Control food costs and minimize wastage to meet budget targets.

Safety and Hygiene

• Enforce strict sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness protocols.
• Maintain all kitchen equipment in excellent working condition.
• Comply with local health department regulations and licensing standards.
• Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience as a Chef in a reputable hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
• Proven expertise spanning Indian, South Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure during peak dining hours.
• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management is preferred.
