Job Description
- 1. Utensil & Equipment CleaningEnsure timely cleaning of kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the wash area.
- Proper handling and storage of cleaned items.
- 2. Kitchen Hygiene & SanitationFollow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Keep kitchen floors, walls, drains, and work areas clean.
- Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal.
- 3. Support to Kitchen OperationsAssist chefs and kitchen staff as required.
- Support in movement of supplies and kitchen materials.
- Ensure availability of clean utensils during service hours.
- 4. Inventory & Material HandlingMaintain cleaning chemicals and consumables.
- Report damaged or missing utensils and equipment.
- Ensure proper storage of kitchen items.
- 5. Compliance & SafetyFollow SOPs, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
- Comply with company policies and grooming standards.
