We are expanding rapidly and looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and team growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into successful sales
• Develop sales strategies for plots, villas, and society projects
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and promotions
• Monitor team performance and provide training/support
• Maintain sales reports and customer databases
• Conduct site visits and client meetings when required
Requirements
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in sales or real estate industry
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a sales team effectively
• Good knowledge of customer handling and closing techniques
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
