Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and assigned areas.
- Perform room cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, replenish toiletries, towels, and other supplies.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and arrange bedding neatly.
- Assist guests with luggage handling when required.
- Provide basic food and beverage service to guests as needed.
- Respond politely and promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
- Report maintenance issues, lost items, or damaged property to supervisors.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and hotel cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
