Eligibility:
Candidates who passed out in 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026
Physical Criteria:
Height: 5 Feet 6 Inches (167.64 cm) or above
Weight: 55 kg or above
Age Limit:
18 to 29 Years

As a NAPS Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by operating production machinery, monitoring equipment performance, and assisting with maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery as per standard operating procedures.
Monitor equipment performance and ensure products meet quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and basic machine upkeep.
Identify and report operational issues and assist in troubleshooting activities.
Follow all safety guidelines, plant procedures, and quality standards.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth plant operations.
