Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor for Nissan 4-wheeler vehicles. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer vehicle service requirements, coordinating with workshop technicians, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely and quality service support.

• Key Responsibilities:Attend customers and understand vehicle service concerns.
• Prepare job cards and explain repair estimates to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians for smooth workshop operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles.
• Provide updates to customers regarding service progress.
• Upsell additional services, accessories, and maintenance packages.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
• Keep records of service history and daily reports.
• Requirements & Skills:3–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
• Experience in Nissan or 4-wheeler dealership service operations preferred.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Good technical knowledge of 4-wheeler vehicles.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and workshop coordination.
• Basic computer knowledge and service management software understanding.
