Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales Consultant to handle 4 wheelers sales, customer interactions, achive the targets and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information about products and services to customers.

• Consult with showroom walk-ins and digital leads to identify their lifestyle needs, vehicle preferences, and budget constraints.

•Maintain expert knowledge of all inventory specifications, trim levels, safety features, and financing options.Conduct professional test drives and vehicle walkarounds to demonstrate key features and performance capabilities.

Negotiate sales terms and trade-in valuations, collaborating with the finance department to finalize lease or purchase agreements.

• Maintain positive customer relationships.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Customer handling and problem-solving ability.

• Positive attitude and professional behavior.
