Job Description
Manage day-to-day outlet operations (sales, staff, inventory)
Supervise and train counter sales staff and helpers
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and billing
Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with production/kitchen
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Plan and execute promotions and offers to increase sales
Maintain records of attendance, shifts, and staff performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
