We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling government and private tenders, preparing documentation, and coordinating with different departments to ensure timely submission of bids.

• Key Responsibilities:Search and identify relevant government/private tenders through portals.
• Prepare tender documents, quotations, BOQs, and compliance sheets.
• Handle complete tender submission process online/offline.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and technical teams for required documents.
• Maintain records of submitted and upcoming tenders.
• Ensure all tender submissions are accurate and submitted before deadlines.
• Manage GEM portal, e-procurement portals, and related documentation.
• Follow up on tender status and updates.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in tender handling preferred.
• Knowledge of GEM portal and e-tendering process.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Preferred Skills:Knowledge of government procurement procedures.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in preparing technical and financial bids.
