Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the transportation and delivery of goods.
  • Process customer orders and arrange dispatch.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with transporters, vendors, warehouses, and customers.
  • Prepare and maintain logistics documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, LRs, and PODs.
  • Monitor inventory and warehouse stock levels.
  • Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints.
  • Update shipment records using MS Excel or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
  • Optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Required SkillsStrong communication and coordination skills
  • MS Excel proficiency
  • Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ERP or logistics software is an advantage
