Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Prepare designs, drawings, and estimates for construction projects. Conduct site inspections and monitor ongoing work. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Manage construction materials, labor, and equipment. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients. Review project plans, reports, and budgets
Solve on-site issues and provide technical guidance. Maintain project documentation and reports. Ensure quality control and timely project completion
🔹 Required Skills
Knowledge of construction methods and materials

Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Excel
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork
Project management and leadership ability
Understanding of structural design and safety norms

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / Diploma)
Relevant experience (0–3+ years depending on role)

Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000+/month
