Job Description
Position: Editor / Content Researcher
Role Overview:
The Editor/Content Researcher is responsible for developing accurate, insightful and engaging content through in-depth research and editorial refinement, ensuring clarity, credibility and alignment with the Shiv Kumar Sir's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
✓ Research topics, concepts, trends and reference materials across relevant domains.
Create, edit and refine high-quality, accurate and engaging content for scripts, articles and digital platforms.
✓ Verify facts, data and sources to maintain authenticity and reliability.
✓ Edit content to improve clarity, structure, flow and impact.
✓ Collaborate with content writers, script leads and creative teams to support storytelling and consistency.
✓ Ensure uniform tone, messaging and editorial standards across all content. Outcome / Deliverables
✓ Well-researched, fact-checked and credible content
✓ Clear, structured and engaging scripts and articles
✓ Consistent editorial quality across platforms
✓ Improved content accuracy and audience trust
✓ Timely delivery of approved, publication-ready content
Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's in Mass Communication / Journalism
Also Acceptable:
• Bachelor's / Master's in English/Hindi Literature Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, Social Sciences Management or related disciplines with strong content experience
Note: Hindi Content Researcher needs excellent Hindi writing/grammar, strong research skills, and audience understanding
Suggested Salary:
* 70,000 to 80,000 per month
Experience Required: 8-12 years
