📊 Variable Payment (1st Year):
▶️ 1–3 Month: ₹1,000/- per month (Stipend के अलावा)
▶️ 4–6 Month: ₹1,250/- per month
▶️ 7–9 Month: ₹1,550/- per month
▶️ 10–12 Month: ₹2,000/- per month
🔹 2nd Year Stipend: ₹15,956/-
▪ Fixed: ₹14,506/-
▪ Variable: ₹1,450/- (हर महीने stipend के अलावा)
🔹 3rd Year Stipend: ₹16,956/-
▪ Fixed: ₹15,506/-
▪ Variable: ₹1,450/- (हर महीने stipend के अलावा)
⚠️ Note:
Variable amount का भुगतान attendance पर depend करेगा।
यदि किसी भी महीने में candidate ने निर्धारित छुट्टियों के अलावा 2 से ज्यादा leave ली, तो उस महीने केवल fixed stipend मिलेगा, variable amount नहीं दिया जाएगा।
