📌 Position: Production Trainee
🏭 Company: Tata Motors Ltd. – Pantnagar, Uttarakhand
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• ITI (2 Years – All Trades) – Passout / Appearing
• Single Year ITI Trade + Minimum 12th Pass
• 12th Pass / Result Awaited
• Graduate Candidates
• Age: 18 – 25 Years
💰 Revised Stipend Structure:
🔹 1st Year Stipend: ₹16,250/- per month
• Fixed Amount: ₹14,800/-
• Variable Amount: ₹1,450/-
📌 Variable Amount Payment Structure (1st Year):
• 1st to 3rd Month: ₹1,000/- per month (Stipend ke alawa)
• 4th to 6th Month: ₹1,250/- per month (Stipend ke alawa)
• 7th to 9th Month: ₹1,550/- per month (Stipend ke alawa)
• 10th to 12th Month: ₹2,000/- per month (Stipend ke alawa)
🔹 2nd Year Stipend: ₹17,550/- per month
• Fixed Amount: ₹16,100/-
• Variable Amount: ₹1,450/- (हर महीने stipend के अलावा)
🔹 3rd Year Stipend: ₹18,050/- per month
• Fixed Amount: ₹16,600/-
• Variable Amount: ₹1,450/- (हर महीने stipend के अलावा)
📌 Note:
Variable amount attendance पर depend करेगा। यदि किसी भी महीने में candidate ने company द्वारा निर्धारित छुट्टी के अलावा 2 से ज्यादा leave ली, तो उस महीने केवल fixed stipend मिलेगा, variable amount नहीं दिया जाएगा।
