Job Title: HR Recruiter (Staffing)
Location: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand
Gender Preference: Male
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (NTH)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Staffing Recruitment)
Industry Preference: Manufacturing (Preferred)
Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in staffing recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and ensuring timely closures.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar & white-collar roles
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and field recruitment
- Coordinate with clients/plant HR for requirement understanding
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment tracker
- Ensure timely joining and onboarding of candidates
- Conduct bulk hiring drives and campus activities when required
- Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing/recruitment
- Experience in manufacturing hiring will be an added advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve hiring targets
- Must be comfortable with field recruitment and travel
