🚀 Urgent Hiring | Business Development Executive (BDE) | Field Sales | PhonePe


📍 Location: Multiple Locations Available

🏢 Company:

💰 Salary: ₹17,000 In-Hand | ₹22,000 CTC

🎯 Incentives: Up to ₹20,000

⛽ Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000


🔥 Job Role:

• Daily field visits (shop-to-shop)

• Onboarding new merchants/customers

• Selling PhonePe Smart Speakers & Scanners

• Handling customer queries and support

• Maintaining customer relationships

• Achieving daily sales targets


✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3 months of field sales experience preferred

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

• Must have Bike & Driving License

• PAN Card & Aadhaar Card mandatory

🔹 1st Round – Face-to-face interview at ASM Gate meeting location

🔹 2nd Round – Telephonic/Google Meet with State Head
