Pre-Primary Teacher

We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture young learners during their foundational years. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, creativity, and a genuine love for teaching children.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Teach Nursery, LKG, and UKG students using engaging and child-friendly teaching methods.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, classroom activities, and learning experiences.
• Use play-way, activity-based, and experiential teaching techniques to make learning enjoyable.
• Teach phonics, rhymes, storytelling, basic English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, and life skills.
• Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
• Monitor each child's academic, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Maintain classroom discipline while promoting positive behaviour and good values.
• Assess students' progress through regular observations and simple evaluations.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress, behaviour, and developmental milestones.
• Organize classroom activities, celebrations, annual events, competitions, and parent engagement programs.
• Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and creative learning materials.
• Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children throughout the school day.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to maintain high academic and operational standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline (NTT, D.El.Ed., B.Ed., ECCE or Montessori certification preferred).
• Prior experience in a Pre-School, Kindergarten, or Primary School is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Patient, caring, energetic, and child-friendly personality.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace) will be an added advantage.
