Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical and electrical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dedicated teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of our locomotives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, quality assurance, and operations), perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of tasks such as maintaining underframe equipment and air supply units, but also troubleshooting pneumatic brake systems and replacing major components like traction motors and transformers.
We’ll look to you for:
Preventive and corrective maintenance of locomotives
Maintenance of underframe equipment, HVAC units, and roof equipment
Troubleshooting and maintaining pneumatic brake systems
Replacing key components such as traction motors and transformers
Adhering to company procedures, especially regarding quality and health & safety
Reporting accidents or incidents and maintaining work instructions

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university (regular course)
3-5 years of experience in rolling stock manufacturing or services
Working knowledge of quality and health & safety standards and systems (preferred)
Proficiency in English and Hindi
IT skills, including MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexible and adaptable mindset, with an ability to embrace new ideas
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to support team members
Conscientiousness and a commitment to meeting deadlines
Willingness to adhere to health and safety precautions
Openness to training in other skills
