Job Description
Job SummaryField Leader will be responsible for customer acquisition, Joint Liability Group (JLG) formation, loan sourcing, field verification, and timely loan collection. The role requires regular field visits, achieving sales and collection targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships as per company policies.
- ResponsibilitiesGenerate new customers through field activities.
- Form and manage Joint Liability Groups (JLG).
- Source and process loan applications.
- Conduct customer verification and KYC.
- Achieve assigned sales and loan disbursement targets.
- Ensure timely EMI collection and recovery.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Submit daily field activity reports.
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager for business growth.
