Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive candidate to assist our legal and client coordination team in handling property-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients during site visits and property-related meetings.
• Coordinate with clients for plot/land registration and registry formalities.
• Assist in preparing and collecting documents required for property registration.
• Coordinate with clients, advocates, deed writers, registration offices, and other concerned parties.
• Accompany clients during registry and documentation processes.
• Maintain proper records of client documents and property-related paperwork.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending documents, payments, and registration formalities.
• Provide general administrative and legal coordination support to the team.
• Travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and registration-related work as required.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates with knowledge of property documentation, registry work, or legal procedures will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Should be comfortable with local travel and field work.
• Must be responsible, presentable, and comfortable dealing directly with clients.
• Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills and willingness to learn.
