Role Overview:

The Business Development Officer (BDO) will be responsible for driving business growth, coordinating with MPCs/FPOs/Dairy Cooperatives, conducting farmer engagement activities, supporting product liquidation, and ensuring successful implementation of ethnoveterinary solutions at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct field visits, MPP/BMC Visit, product demonstrations, and awareness campaigns for farmers / livestock owners of dairy company.

2. Drive product liquidation and achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

3. Collect market intelligence, customer feedback.

4. Support execution of marketing campaigns, deworming drives, veterinary camps, and farmer meetings.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Bachelor degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Dairy Technology, Rural Management, Business Administration, or Sales related field.

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

3. Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas and engage directly with farmers.

4. Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
