Job Title: Field Recruiter – Advisor Recruitment

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Recruiter to join our team for Advisor Recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and hiring potential Insurance Advisors through field activities, references, and local networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit new Insurance Advisors through field visits and market outreach.
• Generate leads from local areas, references, and networking.
• Explain business opportunities and benefits of becoming an Advisor.
• Conduct interviews and initial screening of candidates.
• Help candidates complete documentation and onboarding process.
• Build strong relationships with local communities and prospects.
• Achieve monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain daily reports of leads, meetings, and closures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Must be comfortable with field work and traveling locally.
• Basic smartphone and social media knowledge.
• Freshers and experienced both can apply.
