* Prepare Indian, South Indian, Snacks, Fast Food, and other multi-cuisine dishes.
* Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food.
* Plan daily kitchen operations and manage food preparation efficiently.
* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed.
* Control food cost, minimize wastage, and manage kitchen inventory.
* Supervise kitchen staff and maintain discipline in the kitchen.
* Handle bulk orders and banquet/catering food preparation when required.
