Job Title: Sales Executive – South Goa

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and grow our retail business across South Goa. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with retailers, increasing product sales, expanding market coverage, ensuring visibility of products, and regularly reporting business performance to senior management.

The ideal candidate should be honest, self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Market Development

* Visit retail outlets regularly across South Goa.

* Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

* Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retail outlets.

* Ensure proper product placement and visibility in stores.

Retail Outlet Management

* Manage and service A Category, B Category, and C Category retail outlets.

* Ensure adequate stock availability at all assigned outlets.

* Monitor product movement and collect market feedback.

* Address retailer concerns and coordinate with management for timely resolution.

Reporting & Communication

* Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

* Provide updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

* Report sales performance and field activities to senior management.

* Maintain accurate records of outlet visits, orders, and collections.

Territory Management

* Plan and execute efficient sales routes within South Goa.

* Expand market reach and increase product penetration.

* Ensure regular coverage of all assigned outlets.

Professional Conduct

* Maintain honesty, integrity, and transparency in all business dealings.

* Represent the company professionally at all times.

* Build long-term relationships with customers and business partners.

Requirements

* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, retail sales, or field sales.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Good knowledge of the South Goa market and retail network.

* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

* Basic knowledge of reporting and record keeping.

* Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

* Honest, trustworthy, and responsible attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience handling FMCG products and retail outlets.

* Existing relationships with retailers in South Goa.

* Familiarity with sales reporting applications and basic Excel usage.
