Job Description
Job Title: Work-from-Home or Work from Office Insurance Executive (Female)
Job Description:
We are hiring female candidates for a Work from Home (or) Work from Office Insurance Executive position. The candidate should be fluent in Tamil and be comfortable making outbound calls to prospective customers
Requirements:
Only female candidates
Must speak Tamil
Must have an Android smartphone
Any degree accepted
Must be able to make customer calls
Work-from-home role
No fees or registration charges
5 days working (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers/clients
Provide information and handle basic queries
Maintain professionalism and accuracy during communication
Keep simple records as required
Training & Observation (First 10 Days)
● 5 days training + 5 days observation
● Job starts from 11th day (if selected)
Work Rules (After Training & Observation)
● Minimum 2 hours of calling daily
● Share 15 call recordings daily
● Not done / no notice leave → Absent
Salary will be based on number of call hours and call recordings shared. Good performers will be incentivized.
