Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
●Promote and sell Personal Loan and Insurance products to prospective customers.
●Generate leads through references, telecalling, and other marketing activities.
●Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
●Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, insurance benefits, and documentation requirements.
●Collect and verify customer documents required for loan and insurance processing.
●Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth application processing.
●Follow up with customers regarding application status and approvals.
●Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
●Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
●Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
