Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts)
  • Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and payments
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com preferred)
  • 2–5 years of accounting experience (freshers can apply if trained)
  • Knowledge of accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good communication skills
