Position: Branch Operation Executive
Department: Operations
Location: Salem
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Branch Operation Executive with hands-on experience in gold loan operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end branch operations, ensuring compliance, maintaining asset security, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions and ensure high service standards
- Perform selling and cross-selling of gold loan products and related services
- Handle end-to-end gold loan documentation and processing
- Execute and monitor the complete gold loan lifecycle (disbursement to closure)
- Ensure safe custody and security of pledged gold assets
- Manage vault operations, including keys handling and storage controls
- Conduct customer follow-ups, renewals, and loan closures
- Handle secure gold handling during renewals and closures
- Perform gold valuation as per company guidelines
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain bookkeeping records and basic accounting entries
- Ensure adherence to operational processes, compliance, and internal controls
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational QualificationGraduate in any discipline (Minimum 50% marks)
- Must be computer literate
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Gold Loan company
- Mandatory experience in Gold Loan Operations
Language:
- SkillsProficiency in local language (Tamil) and English
