📝 Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Broker Connect Onsite Executive for the Condivio App. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding real estate brokers/channel partners onto the platform, explaining app features, conducting meetings and demos, maintaining relationships, and ensuring active broker engagement.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard real estate brokers/channel partners on the Condivio App.

• Conduct broker meetings, presentations, and app demonstrations.

• Explain app features, benefits, projects, and lead generation process.

• Assist brokers in registration, KYC, and profile activation.

• Build strong relationships with brokers and maintain regular follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal sales and support teams for smooth onboarding.

• Encourage broker engagement and active participation on the platform.

• Resolve broker queries related to app usage and projects.

• Maintain onboarding records and daily activity reports.

• Achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets.

✅ Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, broker onboarding, sales, or relationship management preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with field work and broker meetings.

• Basic understanding of the real estate market preferred.

• Knowledge of CRM and MS Excel is an advantage.
