Job Description
Planning & Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to determine role requirements, define job descriptions, and design hiring strategies.
Sourcing & Outreach: Build talent pipelines using job boards, social platforms (like LinkedIn), employee referrals, and networking events.
Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and evaluate candidates on both technical capabilities and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team. Gather feedback and facilitate decision-making.
Offer Negotiation: Present job offers, negotiate terms, manage employment contracts, and guide candidates through pre-boarding.
Data & Process Management: Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire), and generate reports to improve hiring efficiency. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
