Receptionist / Front Office Executive

ResponsibilitiesConduct tele-calling with regular clients to inform them about current offers and promotions.

Handle all incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.

Manage billing, cash handling, and daily financial reconciliation.

Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Working Hours 🕒10:30 AM to 9:00 PM

Salary & Benefits 💰Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Note: No leave is permitted on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays (mandatory working days)

Uniform Policy 👕Company-provided T-shirts must be wear during duty hours (mandatory)

Grooming & Appearance StandardsWear neat, well-ironed plain shirts and trousers (if not in uniform)

Maintain a smart and tidy haircut -male at all times

Avoid wearing excess ornaments or accessories on the neck or hands

Wear formal black shoes only (no floaters, sandals, or casual footwear)

Keep fingernails clean and neatly trimmed

Maintain a clean shave or neatly trimmed beard - Male 

Name badge must be worn at all times during working hours

Education Requirement 🎓Submission of educational certificates is compulsory at the time of joining
