Relationship Manager - MLAP
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual loan disbursement and login targets.
- Market Mapping: Conduct regular lane-to-lane or geographic mapping to identify potential leads and untapped markets.
- Channel Management: Generate leads through open-market canvassing, builder tie-ups, developer networks, and Direct Selling Associates (DSAs). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Advisory: Guide potential home buyers through various mortgage products, interest rates, and loan options.
- Customer Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate referrals.
- Cross-Selling: Promote additional financial products (e.g., life insurance, health insurance, property insurance) alongside the home loan. [1, 2, 3]
- Document Collection: Collect and verify essential KYC documents, income proofs, and financial statements.
- Preliminary Credit Assessment: Conduct initial evaluations of the applicant’s creditworthiness and repayment capacity.
- Login & Disbursement: Log files into the banking system, coordinate with credit and technical teams, and ensure smooth disbursement. [1, 2, 3]
- KYC/AML Compliance: Adhere strictly to "Know Your Customer" and Anti-Money Laundering guidelines.
- Audit Clearance: Ensure all loan files are error-free and meet the internal underwriting standards of the bank or housing finance company
