Relationship Manager - MLAP
- Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company, including volume (units) and value (revenue) targets.
- Channel Partner Management: Onboarding, managing, and developing retail partners (dealers, distributors, wholesalers) to ensure consistent product availability and growth.
- Market Expansion & Coverage: Identifying new market opportunities, expanding the distribution network, and ensuring comprehensive coverage of the assigned territory.
- Retail Visibility & Merchandising: Ensuring optimal product placement, planogram compliance, in-store branding, and shelf visibility to enhance brand presence.
- Market Intelligence & Analytics: Conducting market research to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Resolving customer complaints promptly, strengthening relationships with dealers, and providing exceptional service.
- Sales Reporting & Administration: Submitting accurate daily/weekly sales reports (calls, orders, collections) to management.
