Job Description

Relationship Manager - Retail

1. Business Acquisition & Targets
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly disbursement targets for home loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
    • Acquire new-to-bank (NTB) customers through open market sourcing and developer tie-ups.
    • Cross-sell other financial products (e.g., insurance, credit cards) to existing mortgage clients. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

2. Lead Generation & Channel Management
    • Source leads through active field visits, builders, real estate brokers (channels), and direct customer referrals.
    • Conduct property site visits and participate in builder events/expos to capture prospective homebuyers. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

3. Loan Processing & File Management
    • Guide customers through the entire lending cycle, from the application phase to final loan disbursement.
    • Collect, verify, and process necessary financial, technical, and legal documents.
    • Coordinate efficiently with credit, legal, and risk teams to ensure fast file approval and turnaround time (TAT). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

4. Portfolio Health & Customer Service
    • Maintain high portfolio quality by ensuring minimum defaults and non-performing assets (NPAs).
    • Provide excellent customer service, including counseling buyers on loan eligibility and interest rates
