Job Description – Sales Manager (BL / PL / LAP)
Role: Sales Manager
Industry: Banking / Non banking Financial Services
Locations
1)Salem | 2) Coimbatore | 3) Madurai
CTC:₹3.5 LPA – ₹4 LPA
Experience Required
Must have 3 Years experience in Business Loan (BL), Personal Loan (PL), and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Experience in sourcing and managing retail loan customers is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Generate business through direct sales and channel partners.
Source customers for BL, PL, and LAP products.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, and connectors.
Conduct field visits and customer meetings.
Ensure proper documentation and coordination with credit and operations teams.
Track market opportunities and competitor activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good local market knowledge of Salem / Coimbatore / Madurai.
Ability to handle field sales and target-driven assignments.
