Job Description
Job DescriptionLSO Legal Private Limited is looking for dedicated and responsible Field Marketing & Victim Outreach Executives for field-based legal awareness and client coordination work.
The selected candidate will be responsible for meeting victims and affected families in matters related to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, explaining available legal remedies, collecting preliminary information and documents, and coordinating with the company's legal team for further case assessment and processing.
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel, client meetings, document collection and reporting.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned locations and meet victims/families.
- Create awareness regarding legal rights and government relief provisions.
- Collect preliminary case information and required documents.
- Coordinate with advocates and legal team regarding case requirements.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and client records.
- Assist clients in understanding legal procedures and documentation.
- Build professional relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Complete assigned field tasks within prescribed timelines.
- Ensure all interactions are conducted professionally, ethically and respectfully.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any stream (Law background preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Own bike/two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications, WhatsApp and document sharing.
- Ability to communicate with victims and families sensitively and professionally.
- Honest, disciplined and responsible attitude.
